jyj 소송 루머 대응에 관한 추가 공지

어제 당사  ㈜씨제스엔터테인먼트는 허위의 사실을 내세워 결정 및 조정의 의미를 왜곡하고 JYJ의 명예를 훼손하는 행위에 대해서 법적조치 했음을 밝혔습니다. 

그 후 관련 글을 작성한 네티즌들이 대거 글을 삭제한 것으로 확인 되었습니다. 

하지만 이미 이 혐의에 대한 고소장은 제출 되었으며 향후 선처는 없을 것입니다. 또한 당사는 JYJ를 향한 악성 루머와 모욕적인 비난 등의 게시글 및 댓글에 대해서도 합의 없이 모든 법률적 조치를 통해 강경하게 대응할 것입니다. 사이버 범죄에 해당하는 내용을 발견할 시 로 제보해주시기 바랍니다. (* 아울러 캡처를 보내주실 때엔, 꼭 원 글의 주소(링크)를 포함하여 주시기 바랍니다.)

We, CJES Entertainment Company, have informed yesterday that we have taken strict legal action with regard to any cases of false information and defamation of JYJ. It is afraid to say that lots of posted writings and comments regarding the issue are being deleted after our alarm. However, we have already filed the accusation, would like to firmly determined that there are no any favorable cases as for this issue. Furthermore, any issues regarding any vicious rumors and insolent accusation on JYJ will proceed without any adequate managements or consents, just initiating legal proceedings. 昨日当社㈜シジェスエンターテイメントは、虚偽の事実を前に出して決定し、調整の意味を歪曲してJYJの名誉を毀損する行為に対して法的措置したことを明らかにした。

ネチズンが大挙文を削除したことで確認されました。だが既にこの疑惑に対する告訴状は提出されたし今後善処はないでしょう。
